Our peaceful 8 acre park is situated next to the River Usk, in between Usk – 4 miles and Abergavenny – 7 miles, with easy access from the B4598 and within easy reach of Cycle Routes 42 and 49 and the Usk Valley Walk.
A fantastic location, amongst beautiful scenery, close to 4 eateries, many historic towns, vineyards, historic monuments and on the edge of the Brecon Beacons and the Black Mountains.
Our Facilities
We welcome touring caravans, motorhomes, campervans, trailer tents and tents. The park offers a variety of hardstanding and grass pitches all with access to TV and metered electric hook ups and a fully equipped shower block and small shop on site with everyday provisions.

We’re lucky to have 4 great eateries within 1 mile, The Chainbridge Inn 300m, Craft Renaissance café 400m and The Black Bear and The Foxhunter just under 1 mile.
We’re located right on the doorstep of the Usk Valley Walk, with lots of local footpaths a short distance away and the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal and Goytre Wharf within 3 miles with walks, water sports and a very dog friendly café.
There is also salmon and trout fishing available from site on the River Usk.

Campers Testimonials
EXCELLENT Based on 294 reviews Posted on Cerys WhiteTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Highly recommend this site, the ablutions and site are spotless, friendly staff, pay as you go electric which for one nights stay cost us £1. £28 for a campervan and 2 people, great value for money. There's an adult only section, dog walking area, shop with all the basics and situated next to the river. Within easy walking distance off road path is the Chain bridge pub, the food is exceptional and the service is excellent. We will certainly return to Pont KemysCaravan Park. 😀Posted on mike coxTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Lovely well kept campsitePosted on Chas ColesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A nice site, good shower block, good pitches, well laid out. Electric is on a preloaded card, pay for what you use when you leave. We used £12.50 worth over three nights. Weather was roughly 18°C day and 8°C nights so the heater was ticking over in the evenings. Hope to return sometime 2026.Posted on John EvansTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Booked in for 5 nights. Gorgeous cavan & campsite. Well kept. Good facilities. Recycling Lovely ownersPosted on David Aubrey-JamesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Site is excellent in a beautiful area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It has a quiet adults only area. The only drawback is that the WiFi is rather hot and miss and its in an area where the phone signal is weak. This can be difficult if you need Internet access. Other than that, highly recommended.Posted on Matthew TreweekTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Lovely site, Chainbridge pub only 300 yards away.
